Alora Weeks

Alora Weeks grew up with a love for sports, running and clogging and competed in many competitions in sports and clogging. She even had the opportunity to dance in both the opening and closing ceremony of the 2002 Olympics.
Alora heads up the U Dance Studio registration and accounting. She loves to help out and is always willing to address parent/student concerns.
One thing Alora loves doing the most is teaching her young daughter new dance moves!

Alyssa Redfearn

Alyssa Redfearn

Alyssa Redfearn ran her first marathon in 2011 and has been hooked to running ever since. She gets outside to hike, ski, play pickle ball/tennis, or yoga every day!
Alyssa works on website development and communication at U Dance Studio. She loves to look out for the customer and work to get their needs met.
One thing Alyssa loves is learning new things - she's currently learning Spanish, piano, and programming.

Camryn lives by the words of Maya Angelou “Success is liking yourself, liking what you do and liking how you do it.”
Fun Fact: Camryn is double jointed and also always keep a jar of peanut butter with a spoon by her bed to snack on when she gets hungry.  She loves to hang out outside, play all kinds of different games, watch movies/tv shows, and also listen to music and sing her heart out!!

McKinley Squire

McKinley Squire

McKinley Squire has been dancing nearly her entire life. She competed with Local Motion Dance Studio until she advanced to her High School Drill Team where she was a choreographer and head captain her senior year. After High School she coached a Jr. High Cheer Team, and then continued her education at Utah Valley University.

She has also been a guest choreographer for Prizm Dance Studio located in North Dakota. McKinley is passionate about good health and hard work. She is excited to be a part of the Utah Dance & Fitness instructor team!

Daniella Cullimore

Daniella Cullimore has had a passion for fitness for many years. She has a B.S. in Exercise Physiology and has a strong belief that physical fitness positively affects every aspect of life.

She is an amazing mother to 4 adorable kiddos and has still found time to exercise and push herself as well as running 5 marathons and 9 half marathons!

Camille Neilsen

Camille Neilsen

Owner of Utah Dance and Fitness, Camille Neilsen has had a love of dance and fitness her entire life. She has had extensive training in hip hop, ballet, tap, contemporary and ballroom dance. She attended Utah Valley University and graduated with a degree in dance.

With a love of teaching she has over 15 years of experience teaching ages 1 – 82! In addition six years ago she began teaching adult fitness starting with Zumba, Hip Hop Dance Fitness, High Fitness, and Bootcamp classes. She loves teaching all abilities and believes in an inclusive environment where everyone can learn at any level.

Camille believes one of the best things a person can do to better their life is move their body to exercise, use their mind to learn, engage with others and grow with movement and the art of dance.
